Below are just some additional testimonials from my clients who have graciously shared their thoughts about their experiences and allowed me to publish them here. You will also find testimonials in other pages on my website.
Who'd have thought?
Who'd have thought a fermentation workshop would be so thought-provoking?
Elle makes everything come to life.
Very useful 1:1
One thing I found particularly useful from our 1:1 session is to perform a SWOT analysis of myself and my business to help me identify where I can add the most value and to help me to perceive threats that I can potentially turn in to opportunities
Thank you so much for all of your help with my health over the past year. I really appreciate and enjoy working with you.
I have the Power
Something I am familiar with, is working to understand, accept and nurture the more 'undesirable traits' that I see in myself and where I have always had a tendency to feel ashamed of that part of me or to hide that part of me, some of what you said to me added to my journey in this area and that is the fact that I have the power to accept that part of myself and leverage it to use it for good measure.
Thoroughly enjoyed it
I have thoroughly enjoyed your mentoring sessions, both in a group session as well as an individual session. You have so much knowledge to share and as I said in the session, I could speak with you and pick your brain all day.
You have to experience it
Making love to cabbage? Yes, yes and YES!
You have to experience this workshop to understand how deeply it affects everything in you: from your taste buds to your sense of smell and touch, to the rising laughter, to the sheer exuberance of making what Elle cutely calls "Germ Welfare".
You make it feel safe and nurturing
Thank you so much for your generosity and for taking the time to answer all those questions I thought were silly with patience and humour. You make the workshop space feel safe and nurturing.
What an eye-opener!
Well, this was a very novel approach to food and business! I never connected that what I eat affected my decision process and my success in my work. What an eye-opener!
