Introductory Test Interpretation Offer Terms & Conditions:​​

1. Eligibility
This offer is available to new clients only. Eligibility requires completion of an initial paid consultation with Elle prior to ordering any laboratory testing. Fifteen-minute introductory calls do not constitute consultations.

2. Scope of Offer
The offer applies to one (1) test only, regardless of the number of tests purchased. It includes one complimentary test interpretation session of up to thirty (30) minutes. Interpretation is provided verbally and delivered remotely via Zoom (video). No alternative platforms or formats are offered for this complimentary session. The complimentary interpretation session is not provided in-person at the clinic. The offer does not include written reports, summaries, correspondence, or follow-up communication.

3. Testing Requirements
Only laboratory tests ordered or approved by Elle are eligible. Third-party, self-ordered, or unsuitable tests may be declined. Testing must be clinically appropriate for the client at the time ordered. Elle may recommend alternative or additional testing if clinically indicated.

4. Results & Documentation
Laboratory results are provided as issued by the laboratory in digital format via email. Printed copies incur a £40 administration fee. If postal delivery is requested, printing and postage fees apply. Quotes provided upon request.

5. Scope of Complimentary Interpretation
The complimentary interpretation session provides an overview of the specific test results and relevant clinical context. It does not include a clinical Direction of Care, dietary guidance, supplement or product recommendations, plans, ongoing support, or third-party correspondence. The complimentary interpretation applies to one (1) eligible test only. Interpretation for any additional or subsequent tests is not included and may be booked as a paid service. No ongoing entitlement to complimentary interpretation is created by this offer. The complimentary interpretation does not extend to future testing, repeat testing, or re-testing of the same marker/s or panel/s.

6. Medical Disclaimer
The interpretation session is educational in nature and does not constitute medical advice. It does not replace medical supervision or medical treatment.

7. Scheduling & Expiry
The complimentary session may be booked once laboratory results have been issued. It must be booked and used within three (3) months of the laboratory result receipt date. Sessions not used within this period are forfeited.

8. Cancellation & No-Show
A minimum of forty-eight (48) hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less than forty-eight (48) hours’ notice or missed without notice are forfeited.

9. Non-Transferability & Non-Exchangeability
The complimentary session has no cash value, is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. It cannot be substituted for other services or used by another party.

10. Closed Case Files
This offer is not available to clients with previously closed case files. A case file is considered closed when a client has not attended a consultation for a continuous period of one year. Supplement purchases, email queries, or informal communication do not constitute clinical activity and do not keep a case file open. Closed case files are not eligible for this offer. A closed case file may only be reactivated via a new initial consultation.

11. Combination with Other Offers
This offer cannot be combined with discounts, credits, promotions, or other offers.

12. Variation & Termination
Elle may vary or withdraw this offer at any time. Variations do not apply retrospectively to clients who have already qualified.
