• This is a one-time welcome offer for new clients only.

• It applies to your first test only, even if you book more than one at the same time.

• Strictly one 30-minute complimentary interpretation session per client.

• Not available to clients with previously closed case files.

• The session will be scheduled once your results are back and must be used within 3 months.

• Consultations take place either in-clinic or online.

• This offer does not include a written report by Elle; the interpretation is delivered as a spoken consultation only.

• You will receive your test results exactly as issued by the laboratory via email. Should you require printed copies of your lab results, an administration fee of £40 applies. If posting is requested, results are sent by Royal Mail Signed-For delivery, with postage charged at cost in addition to the administration fee.

• This offer cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

• All testing must be clinically appropriate – Elle will offer guidance towards the most relevant choice for your current needs.

• The complimentary session has no cash value and is non-transferable.
