Service Description
Child consultation 50min. • Children under 18. • Children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian during the consultation. • Includes interpretation of lab tests if needed. • Very limited availability - please enquire for waiting times. • It is preferred that the consultation takes place with the child present; however, this appointment can be made just for parents/guardians to discuss a child under their care. 1) Fees & Follow-ups: The consultation fee includes 1x10min follow-up by phone, video link, or email, within 8 weeks from this appointment. Date and time of follow-up to be agreed at this appointment. Further appointments are charged at £150 per 50-min session and include one follow-up, as detailed above. Additional support charges: £4/minute by telephone, email, or video link. 2) Other Laboratory Tests & Payment Plans: We have an excellent relationship with many reputable private labs, including Genova GDX, ARL, Lifecode Gx, Biovis, Biolab, Regenerus, YourGutMap, etc., and can recommend tests including stool, blood, SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth breath test), OAT (organic urine acids), genotype/DNA analysis, and others. Unless otherwise specified, lab fees are not included in the consultation fee. Please enquire. 3) Video Call Arrangements: We use Zoom for video calls. Once you have booked your appointment you will receive: a) A confidential one-use Zoom link specific to your session b) A text reminder for your booking, so please give a valid mobile phone number when you book c) Intake forms to fill in and return before your scheduled session (not required for discovery calls or urgent/acute sessions) d) Video sessions may be recorded for quality and training purposes. You have the option to decline any such recording.
Cancellation Policy
Consultations, Coaching Sessions and Expiry The Services may include individual consultations or a block of coaching sessions, to be scheduled at mutually convenient times. Where you purchase a block of sessions, all sessions must be used within 6 months from the date of this Agreement (the “Usage Period”). Any sessions not used within the Usage Period will expire automatically and no refund, credit or extension will be given unless otherwise agreed in writing. Where you purchase a single consultation, it must be attended at the agreed date and time. If you cancel or postpone with less than 48 hours' notice, the session will be treated as having been taken and no refund issued. It is the Client’s responsibility to book and attend sessions within the Usage Period (if applicable). We will provide reasonable opportunities to book sessions during this time but cannot guarantee availability if the Client delays in making bookings. If we cancel or postpone a session, we will offer a reasonable alternative date within the Usage Period (where relevant). Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights.
