Hitting the reset button with three weeks of real food has never been easier. Because eating healthy can feel difficult, I've made it super simple and fun. The 21-Day Reset Plan will give you everything you need to eat clean and look and feel your best. The 21-Day Gut Food Mood Reset is designed to help you take control of your eating habits once and for all. Commit to the challenge and let's do this together! I've done all the work for you, so you don't have to. The plan comes with three weeks' worth of: • meal plans • shopping lists • delicious recipes • prep guides • 3 x 30-min check-ins (one for each week of your plan) via phone or Zoom I’m on the other end of the phone or Zoom call for you to have your weekly 10-min check ins that come with the plan. Your check-in Zoom calls will be scheduled as follows: • 1st check-in on the first day of your plan • 2nd check-in on day 10 of your plan • 3rd check-in on day 20 of your plan Zoom links to be provided when booking the plan. Fees & Follow-ups: The 21-Day Reset plan fee includes 1x10min weekly check-in by phone, video link, or email, for the duration of the plan - so 3 x 30min check-ins, one each week you're following the plan. As my diary fills up very quickly, these need to be booked at the time you take out the plan. In the unlikely event you need additional support: £4/minute by telephone, email, or video link, booked and paid in advance. Video Call Arrangements: I use Zoom for video calls. Once you have booked your plan you will receive: a) A confidential one-use Zoom link specific to your first session. During our first call, we will agree further dates for your other two calls. b) A text reminder for your Zoom booking, so please give a valid mobile phone number when you book d) Video sessions may be recorded for notetaking, quality and training purposes. You have the option to decline any such recordings Lab tests, supplement recommendations and any sundries are not part of your 21-Day Reset, so they are not included in the plan fee. Laboratory Tests: We have an excellent relationship with many reputable private labs, including Genova GDX, ARL, Lifecode Gx, Biovis, Biolab, Regenerus, etc., and can recommend tests including stool, blood, SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth breath test), OAT (organic urine acids), genotype/DNA analysis, and others.

Cancellation Policy

APPOINTMENT BOOKING: full payment in advance (excludes. free discovery call and 10-min check-in call). Once booking and payment have been made, a private video call link will be sent. Bookings cannot be reserved without prior payment of the full fee where applicable. CANCELLATIONS: 72 hours’ notice of cancellation is required. Please notify us as soon as possible via the website contact form if you cannot attend. Full appointment fees will be charged if timely cancellation notice is not received, or if you fail to attend your appointment. In the unlikely event we must cancel an appointment, a full refund will be issued. ACUTE/URGENT appointments cannot be cancelled and are not refundable if you fail to attend. IMPORTANT: a) We reserve the right to refuse treatment if a person presents to the appointment (in clinic or remote video link) in circumstances of diminished responsibility, i.e., under the influence of any substance which may impair one’s ability to make decisions, including recreational substances, alcohol, and certain prescribed or over the counter medications. If a person presents to the appointment in such circumstances, the appointment will be immediately terminated. The full consultation fee will be charged. This is also applicable to a parent/guardian of a minor. b) Minors (any person under the age of 18) must always be accompanied during their appointment by a parent/guardian. c) If the consultation is for an adult person with disabilities or vulnerabilities which involve guardianship or other legal arrangement, the legal guardian/representative of the vulnerable adult must always be present at the consultation.
