Product Guidance and Care: 
Acacia wood is a natural product and as a result there may be variations in appearance and colour from product to product. After each use wash with warm soapy water, dry thoroughly and apply a thin layer of edible vegetable oil (coconut, olive or linseed). Wipe any excess oil off your board thoroughly. Reapply occasionally to prolong the life and appearance of your board.
 
If your board has been used to cut strong smelling items such as onion or garlic, you can use the half of a freshly cut lemon sprinkled with a little salt to deodorise your board. Alternatively you can wipe it down with raw apple cider vinegar. Follow with a thorough wash with warm soapy water, dry immediately and then apply edible oil as above.
 
This item is not dishwasher safe; it should only be washed with warm, soapy water and dried immediately. It is recommended you store your chopping board in a cool, dry place away from sources of damp, heat and wide temperature fluctuations.
