For existing clients requiring a substantive review of progress, new developments or their care plan, by Zoom or face-to-face at my private Forest Row practice. These appointments are separate from the two brief implementation check-ins included with an initial consultation. WHAT WE MAY COVER • Changes in symptoms, digestion, food reactions, energy or wellbeing • Progress with your Direction of Care and any difficulties implementing it • New results, diagnoses, medications or relevant health changes • Refinement of nutrition, lifestyle, supplement, herbal or homeopathic recommendations • Clear priorities and practical next steps SESSION OPTIONS 30 min | £135 For a focused progress review, one main concern or straightforward adjustments to your existing plan. 60 min | £240 For several concerns, significant changes, new test results or a more substantial review and revision of your plan. Concise amendments to your Direction of Care are included where needed. Extensive laboratory interpretation, research or work outside the booked session is charged separately and agreed beforehand. BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT Please send any new results, relevant correspondence, medication changes and a brief progress update at least 48 hours beforehand. PRACTICALITIES Booking generates a Zoom link and SMS reminders. For a face-to-face appointment, contact me after booking; the address and arrival details will be sent separately.
