For new adult clients seeking personalised naturopathic and functional medicine support, by Zoom or face-to-face at my private Forest Row practice. BOTH OPTIONS INCLUDE • Review of your intake form, 3-day food & symptom diary, relevant results and medical information • Assessment of your health history, concerns, diet, lifestyle, medications and possible maintaining factors • A personalised written Direction of Care setting out priorities and a practical sequence of care • Nutrition, lifestyle, supplement, herbal or homeopathic recommendations, where appropriate • One homeopathic remedy, if indicated • Two 15-min implementation check-ins within 6 weeks • 10% discount on practitioner-grade supplements COMPREHENSIVE INITIAL CONSULTATION 60 min | £360 For most new clients with one principal concern or related symptoms. The consultation and Direction of Care focus on findings, contributing factors, priorities and first steps. EXTENDED COMPLEX-CASE CONSULTATION 90 min | £495 For several significant concerns, a complex health history, multiple medications or major previous treatment. The extra time allows interacting issues to be assessed and prioritised coherently. Both provide the same standard of assessment and written Direction of Care. The higher fee reflects additional time, broader casework and clinical synthesis, not necessarily a longer report. BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT Please return your intake form, diary and relevant results, reports or GP correspondence at least 48 hours beforehand. INCLUDED CHECK-INS & FURTHER FOLLOW-UP The two included calls are brief implementation check-ins, ideally taken at weeks 2 and 4 and used within 6 weeks. They cover focused questions, tolerance and minor adjustments, not substantive reassessment, new concerns or detailed results review. Unused calls cannot be carried forward. Longer, paid follow-ups may be booked as and when needed. PRACTICALITIES Booking generates a Zoom link and SMS reminders. For a face-to-face appointment, contact me after booking; the address and arrival details will be sent separately. Sessions may be recorded with consent. Private functional testing may be recommended where appropriate. Laboratory fees, extensive interpretation and work outside the agreed scope are charged separately and agreed beforehand.
