Adult Naturopathy Consultation These one-to-one consultations support adults seeking personalised naturopathy and functional medicine guidance. Sessions may be used as an initial consultation or as a follow-up. We focus on understanding your health history, current concerns and goals, and refining recommendations over time. Your Consultation May Include • Health history and current concerns • Progress review (for returning clients) • Lifestyle and environmental assessment • Review of a 3-day food journal (where relevant) • Sample meal plan guidance • Review of lab or functional test results (if applicable) • Adjustments to personalised recommendations • Nutrition and lifestyle guidance • 10% discount on practitioner-grade supplements The consultation fee also includes professional time outside the session for reviewing notes, analysing results, and considering the suitability of recommendations. Where a case requires more extensive review or follow-up work, this will be discussed and arranged through additional booked time. Lab Testing Where appropriate, private functional tests may be recommended (e.g. stool analysis, SIBO breath tests, OAT, DUTCH, DNA). Testing costs are separate and tests are only arranged following a consultation.
