Client Service Terms
We want you to be confident in your relationship with Bubbling.Life™. Please read the following carefully. These terms comply with UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Bubbling.Life™ does not ship any physical products. All offerings are digital, service-based, or third-party fulfilled.
General Terms
These terms apply to all Bubbling.Life™ services and products, unless a more specific clause below applies.
Service quality
All services are delivered with due care and skill, but specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Each person’s situation is unique and results will vary.
All materials and services are provided for educational and wellbeing purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. You remain responsible for consulting your GP or relevant healthcare provider where appropriate.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with a service is limited to the total amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss (including loss of income, business, goodwill or opportunity). Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
Force majeure
If we are delayed or prevented from providing any service due to events beyond our reasonable control (including illness, technical failures, strikes, extreme weather, government restriction, venue closure or similar circumstances), we may delay performance or cancel the affected service. Where possible, we will offer a reasonable alternative date or solution. We shall not be in breach of the service agreement, nor liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from such circumstances.
Statutory Cancellation Rights (Distance Contracts)
If you purchase a consultation or programme online, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of entering into the contract. If you request that services begin within the 14-day cooling-off period, you expressly consent to immediate commencement.
You acknowledge that if you cancel within the 14-day period after services have begun, you will be liable to pay for services supplied up to the point of cancellation.
If the service has been fully performed within the 14-day period, your right to cancel is lost.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
Intellectual property and use of materials
All materials we provide (including handouts, recordings, workbooks, PDFs, guides, and digital content) remain the intellectual property of Bubbling.Life™. You are granted a non-transferable licence for your own personal use only. You may not copy, share, adapt, or distribute our materials without our prior written consent.
Recording
You may not make audio or visual recordings of sessions, workshops, or calls without our prior written consent. We may make audio, visual, and/or written recordings with your permission for note-keeping and service delivery purposes in line with our Privacy Notice. Recording is optional. If you decline recording, sessions will proceed as normal.
Memberships

New memberships come with a 14-day cooling-off period. If you cancel during this period and have not accessed membership benefits, you will receive a full refund.

If you have accessed membership content or services within the cooling-off period, you may be liable for the value of services supplied.

After 14 days, one month’s written notice of cancellation is required. Fees already paid are non-refundable, and we reserve the right to charge one further month if notice is not given.

Refunds, if and where applicable, will be processed within 14 days of confirmation of cancellation.
21-Day Reset Programme

The Reset includes three (3) coaching check-ins of up to 10 minutes each, scheduled for Days 1, 10, and 20.

All sessions must be used within the 21-day Reset period (the “Usage Period”). Any unused sessions expire automatically and cannot be refunded, credited, or carried forward.

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions. Missed or late-cancelled sessions (less than 48 hours’ notice) will be treated as used.

If we cancel, we will provide a reasonable alternative date within the Usage Period.

Important: By booking, you consent to immediate access to the Reset digital materials. You acknowledge this means that once access has been granted, your statutory 14-day cancellation rights are waived to the extent permitted by law.
Workshops

As we pre-order fresh produce for the number of booked workshop participants, no refunds can be given with less than five (5) working days’ notice of cancellation.

If you cancel earlier than 5 working days you will receive a full refund.

If we cancel, your fee will be refunded in full.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of confirmation.

Venue rules: You must comply with the relevant venue health & safety and fire regulations. Breach may result in removal without refund.

Belongings: Your belongings remain your responsibility. Neither Bubbling.Life™ nor the venue is liable for loss, theft, or damage.

Conduct: You indemnify us against claims from third parties arising from your actions at the venue.

Recording: You may not record workshops or take photos without our prior consent. We may record and/or take photos with your permission.
Digital Products

Free digital downloads are not eligible for refunds.

Purchased digital products (ebooks, PDFs, access cards, online guides):

By downloading or accessing digital content immediately, you consent to waive your statutory 14-day right to cancel.

Once downloaded or accessed, no refunds are available.

If you have not accessed your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days.

Proof of order and access code may be required.
Digital Gift Cards & Laboratory Test Orders

Digital gift cards are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once issued.

Laboratory Test Kits & Services
Laboratory test kits and associated laboratory analyses are supplied directly by the relevant laboratory. Bubbling.Life™ does not manufacture, fulfil, or analyse test kits and is not the supplier of the laboratory service. Where you request a test, Bubbling.Life™ acts on your behalf to arrange the test with the laboratory. All matters relating to dispatch, delivery, kit integrity, laboratory processing, and refunds are handled directly by the laboratory in accordance with their terms. Any statutory rights relating to the supply of goods and services arise against the laboratory as the supplier. For specific terms, pertaining to the laboratory test interpretation offer, see here.
Consultations & Support Services
Consultations, coaching, and support services are time- and labour-based. You have a statutory right to cancel within fourteen (14) days of booking if the consultation has not yet taken place.If you book a consultation to occur within the 14-day period, you request early commencement and acknowledge that once the consultation has been fully provided, your statutory right to cancel is lost.
Cancellations or rescheduling require at least forty-eight (48) hours’ notice. Missed or late-cancelled appointments are treated as completed and are non-refundable.
Closed Case Files & Reactivation
A case file is considered closed after twelve (12) consecutive months without a consultation.
Closed case files are not eligible for complimentary interpretation, offers, or support. Reactivation requires a new paid initial consultation.
Supplement purchases alone do not constitute clinical activity and do not keep a case file open.
Supplement Orders
Supplement orders placed through practitioner dispensaries do not constitute clinical activity, do not keep a case file open, and do not entitle the client to guidance, adjustments, or ongoing support.Session Bundles
Where you purchase a block of sessions, all sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase (the “Usage Period”). Any unused sessions expire automatically and are non-refundable.We will provide reasonable opportunities to book sessions within the Usage Period. However, availability cannot be guaranteed if bookings are delayed, and unused sessions will still expire at the end of the Usage Period.
If we cancel or postpone a session, we will offer a reasonable alternative date within the Usage Period (where relevant).
Recording of Sessions
You may not make audio or visual recordings of consultations or sessions without prior written consent. Consultations, workshops, and other services may be recorded with your prior written consent. Online sessions may include secure video and audio recording (e.g., Fathom), and in-clinic sessions may include audio recording (e.g., Heidi). Recording is optional and used solely for the creation of accurate case notes and session summaries. If you decline recording, the session will still proceed, but a written session summary cannot be provided.

Modifications
We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes (e.g. fees, cancellation rules) will be notified via email or on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
