Metabolic Drift Orientation Consultation (90 minutes) This session is for adults experiencing stubborn metabolic shifts: weight plateau, digestive disruption, energy instability, or hormonal drift that no longer responds to generic advice. You may already have blood results or other testing (hair analysis, stool tests, bloods), or none at all. Many people arrive after being told repeatedly that everything looks “normal.” Some clients come with test results; others begin with symptoms and a long trail of unanswered questions. The purpose of this session is orientation and clarity. Together we look at the patterns driving your current presentation, including metabolic signalling, hormonal shifts such as testosterone or oestrogen drift, and the gut–metabolism relationship. The focus is understanding where you are now and identifying sensible next steps, without overwhelm.
