In our one-to-one consultations, we’ll look at what’s really behind your health challenges and develop a personalised plan that suits your needs. Using the latest research and my experience, we’ll create the approach that’s fully tailored to you and can be adjusted as we go, supporting you at every step. Your first consultation includes: - Whole health history and current concerns - Lifestyle review - Environmental assessment and recommendations - Tailored homeopathic prescription - 7-Day food journal review** - 10% discount on practitioner grade supplements, if needed - Review of any medical or functional tests you may have or wish to have (cost of tests not included) - Liaising with your GP or other health professional attending to your needs, if needed ** As a GAPS certified practitioner, I can support you through the GAPS protocol, if that is your aim. Follow-up appointments are 50 minutes and charged at £180. Additional support charges: £4/minute by telephone, email, or video link. Other Laboratory Tests & Payment Plans: I can recommend private functional tests via different reputable private labs, (such as Genova GDX, ARL, Lifecode Gx, Biovis, Biolab, Regenerus, YourGutMap, etc.). Tests include stool, blood, SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth breath test), OAT (organic urine acids), DUTCH hormone tests, genotype/DNA analysis, and others. Video Call Arrangements: I use Zoom for video calls. Once you have booked your appointment you will receive: a) A confidential one-use Zoom link specific to your session b) A text reminder for your booking, so please give a valid mobile phone number when you book c) Intake forms to fill in and return before your scheduled session (not required for discovery calls or urgent/acute sessions) d) Video sessions may be recorded for quality and training purposes. You have the option to decline any such recording.
