Histamine, Food Reactions & Test Results Orientation Consultation (90 minutes) This session is for you if: • you already have an OAT and want help making sense of it • you have other results (HTMA, stool tests, bloods), or no tests at all • you’re reacting to foods or ferments and want clarity before doing anything else You don’t need to have an OAT before booking. Some people come with test results, others don’t. The purpose of this session is to help you understand where you are, what’s likely driving the reactions, and what might genuinely help next. The focus is orientation, not overwhelm. What this session is for • Making sense of symptoms, food reactions, or existing test results • Clarifying sensible next steps • Short, focused guidance when waiting for a full consultation isn’t appropriate What this session is not • A full naturopathic consultation • Diagnostic or emergency care • Ongoing or complex case review Appointments & Practicalities • Consultations are held via Zoom • Booking includes a Zoom link and SMS reminders • Intake forms will be emailed after booking and should be completed before the consultation • Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian • Sessions may be recorded with consent If no appointments are available, please contact for waiting times: https://www.bubbling.life/contact-us
