Hair Mineral Analysis provides insight into mineral balance, metabolic patterns, & how minerals may be used, stored, or depleted over time. This service combines laboratory testing with professional interpretation & practical guidance. You can begin with a single assessment, choose structured retesting over time, or discuss a more supported programme if regular check-ins & ongoing adjustment are needed. HTMA Options & Fees Initial HTMA Lab + Consultation: £250 HTMA test kit & full lab analysis, 50-min consult to interpret your results, personalised nutrition and lifestyle guidance, initial supplement suggestions where appropriate, & 10% off practitioner-grade supplements. This option can stand alone, or form the starting point for further tracking. 12-Month HTMA Tracking Package: £450 Initial HTMA with a 50-minute consult + one retest at 6 months with a 30-minute follow-up, review & adjustment of guidance, & 10% supplement discount throughout the 12-month period. This option does not include monthly check-ins or ongoing support between appointments. 18-Month HTMA Tracking Package: £650 Initial HTMA with a 50-minute consultation, two retests at 6 and 12 months, each with a 30-minute follow-up, staged review + adjustment of guidance, & 10% supplement discount throughout the 18-month period. This option does not include monthly check-ins, between-sessions casework, or ongoing supplement management between appointments. Supported HTMA Programmes For clients needing closer support monthly HTMA support programmes are available after the initial assessment. Please contact me to discuss options. Professional Time Fees include professional time outside the session for reviewing notes, analysing results, and considering appropriate guidance. Where more extensive review, follow-up work, or between-session support is required, this will be discussed and arranged through additional booked time or a supported programme. Appointments & Practicalities Consultations are held via Zoom. Booking includes a Zoom link, intake forms, & SMS reminders. Intake forms are emailed after booking and should be completed before the consultation. Hair collection test kits with precise instructions will be posted upon receipt of intake forms. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Sessions may be recorded with consent.
