HTMA Options & Fees Initial HTMA Lab + Consultation – £250 Includes HTMA test kit and full laboratory analysis, a 50-minute consultation to interpret your results, personalised nutrition and lifestyle guidance, and 10% off practitioner-grade supplements. This option can stand alone, or form the starting point for further tracking. 12-Month HTMA Package – £450 Includes initial HTMA with a 50-minute consultation, one retest at approximately 6 months with a 30-minute follow-up, review and adjustment of guidance at each stage, and 10% supplement discount throughout the year. 18-Month HTMA Package – £650 Includes initial HTMA with 50-minute consultation, two retests at approximately 6 and 12 months (each with a 30-minute follow-up), staged review and adjustment of guidance, and 10% supplement discount throughout the 18-month period. Professional Time The consultation fee includes professional time outside the session for reviewing notes, analysing results, and considering the suitability of recommendations. Where more extensive review or follow-up work is required, this will be discussed and arranged through additional booked time.
