Follow-Up Naturopathy Consultation For returning patients who have already completed an initial consultation. This session is a chance to catch up on your progress, refine your plan, and answer any new questions. We may also review the results of any lab tests you have undertaken and adjust your recommendations accordingly. With my functional medicine and naturopathy background, I focus on continuing to understand you: your health journey, emerging concerns, and evolving goals. Each consultation is designed to build on previous work and adapt to your changing needs. Your consultation may include: -Progress review and discussion of current concerns -Adjustments to your personalised plan -Review of lab results and functional test findings (where relevant) -Guidance on lifestyle and nutrition updates -10% discount on practitioner-grade supplements Your consultation fee also covers time outside the session reviewing your notes, analysing test results, and considering potential interactions. This behind-the-scenes work ensures your recommendations are well-researched, carefully considered, and tailored to you. Video Consults Appointments are conducted via Zoom. Upon booking, you’ll receive: -A unique Zoom link for your session -Text reminders (please provide a valid mobile number) -Intake forms Recording & Summaries With your prior consent, sessions may be recorded using secure, healthcare-compliant software (Heidi Health / Fathom). If you prefer not to be recorded, just let me know. Written summaries are only provided where a recording has been made. Cancellation Policy
Consultations, Coaching Sessions and Expiry The Services may include individual consultations or a block of coaching sessions, to be scheduled at mutually convenient times. Where you purchase a block of sessions, all sessions must be used within 6 months from the date of this Agreement (the “Usage Period”). Any sessions not used within the Usage Period will expire automatically and no refund, credit or extension will be given unless otherwise agreed in writing. Where you purchase a single consultation, it must be attended at the agreed date and time. If you cancel or postpone with less than 48 hours' notice, the session will be treated as having been taken and no refund issued. It is the Client’s responsibility to book and attend sessions within the Usage Period (if applicable). We will provide reasonable opportunities to book sessions during this time but cannot guarantee availability if the Client delays in making bookings. You may not without our prior written consent make any audio and/or visual recordings of all or any part of our sessions. We may make audio and/or visual recordings and written recordings of our sessions with your prior permission. If we cancel or postpone a session, we will offer a reasonable alternative date within the Usage Period (where relevant). Force Majeure: If we are hindered or prevented from performing any contract owing to any cause beyond our reasonable control or by our inability to perform some services, we may at our sole option delay the performance or cancel the whole or any part of the contract and we shall not be held responsible for such delay or cancellation or any inability to deliver. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights.
