In our one-to-one consultations, we’ll explore what’s really behind your health challenges and develop a personalised plan to suit your needs. Using the latest research and my clinical experience, we’ll create an approach that can be adjusted as we go, supporting you at every step. Your consultation includes: -Health history and current concerns -Lifestyle and environmental assessment -3-day food journal review and sample meal plan recommendations -10% discount on practitioner-grade supplements Your consultation fee also covers time outside the session reviewing your case history, analysing test results, and considering potential interactions.
