The 21-Day Gut · Food · Mood Reset Hitting reset with three weeks of real food can be simple, joyful, and empowering. This plan is designed to help you refresh your eating habits, support better digestion and mood, and feel more in rhythm with your body. What’s Included: -3 weeks of meal plans, shopping lists, recipes, and prep guides -3 x 10-minute check-ins (by phone or Zoom) on Days 1, 10, and 20 -Practical tips and encouragement to help you stay on track Check-ins must be booked at the time of purchase. Missed calls cannot be refunded or carried forward. Additional one-to-one support is available at £5/minute (pre-booked and pre-paid). How It Works Once you book, you’ll receive your full set of Reset materials. A Zoom link for your first call will be emailed to you, and during that session we’ll confirm your other check-in times. Calls are recorded with your pre-approved consent. What’s Not Included -Lab tests, supplements, or additional services (these are optional extras and billed separately if chosen). -Ongoing clinical care beyond your three check-ins. Important Notes -The 21-Day Reset is an educational food and lifestyle programme. It is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. Always seek professional health advice for diagnosis and care. -Due to the digital nature of the materials and pre-booked calls, fees are non-refundable once the plan has begun.


Cancellation Policy

21-Day Reset Sessions and Expiry The 21-Day Reset includes a block of three (3) coaching check-ins, each of up to 10 minutes in length, scheduled at the times set out in the Reset plan (Day 1, Day 10, and Day 20). All check-ins must be used within the 21-day period of the Reset (the “Usage Period”). Any sessions not used within the Usage Period will expire automatically and no refund, credit, or extension will be given for unused sessions unless otherwise agreed in writing. It is the Client’s responsibility to attend sessions at the agreed times. We will provide reasonable opportunities to book and confirm these in advance, but cannot guarantee alternative availability if the Client cancels or misses a scheduled check-in. If the Client cancels or postpones a check-in with less than 48 hours’ notice, the session will be treated as having been taken and will be deducted from the block. If we cancel or postpone a check-in, we will offer a reasonable alternative within the 21-day Usage Period. Force Majeure: If we are hindered or prevented from performing any contract owing to any cause beyond our reasonable control or by our inability to perform some services, we may at our sole option delay the performance or cancel the whole or any part of the contract and we shall not be held responsible for such delay or cancellation or any inability to deliver. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights.
