About the event
How about a gut friendly, healthy alternative to shop-bought fizzy drinks? Kefir, kombucha and drinks made with live ginger or turmeric cultures are crammed with good bacteria to make happy tums, and not artificial ingredients shown to contribute to tooth decay, obesity and hyperactivity in children and adults.
Come and learn the secrets of how to make old fashioned, deliciously fizzy water kefir, kombucha, turmeric and ginger beer, in the charming surrounds of Tablehurst Farm.
Take away 2 x 500ml jars of ready-to-fizz drink cultures to help you re-create these gorgeous, effervescent, gut friendly, drinks at home to delight your tastebuds and those of your family and friends.
All organic/biodynamic produce, refreshments and recipe sheets are included in the workshop fee.

Kombucha SCOBYs, water kefir grains (tibicos) and milk kefir grains are available during the workshop at £10 per culture.

Allergen information: The workshop includes milk kefir cultures (small amounts of lactose and casein present) and takes place in an environment where gluten, dairy and nut ingredients may be handled (but gluten and nut ingredients will not be present at the workshop).
