Kefir, Kombucha, Ginger Beer and Medicinal Vinegars. Can you create an amazing visual and savory liquid feast that's good for your tummy and your brain? Yes, you can!

Learn how to ferment different types of herbs, flowers and fruit and add a healthy tasty ZING! to your cuisine. Amaze your friends and your tastebuds - everyone will be coming back for more.

This workshop will give you a comprehensive overview of the principles of fermentation with emphasis on cultured drinks. It's a hands-on, immersive experience, where you learn how to make milk and water kefir & kombucha, how to create and maintain a ginger bug for ginger beer and how to infuse medicinal vinegars. You will also learn how to make your own raw vinegar. You will go away with a jar of ginger bug and a selection of starter cultures to delight and entice your adventurous fermentation spirit!

All organic/biodynamic produce provided.
