A short, paid call for existing clients only, when something within your current care needs addressing before a full consultation is appropriate. Suitable for focused questions, short-term guidance or minor adjustments within an established clinical context. What This Call Is For • Time-sensitive questions or concerns • Clarifying next steps • Minor adjustments to an existing plan • Focused guidance that cannot reasonably wait What This Call Is Not • A full consultation • A new-client appointment • Assessment of a substantial new concern • Complex or ongoing case review • Detailed laboratory interpretation • Diagnostic or emergency care Practicalities • Available via Zoom • Booking includes a Zoom link and SMS reminders where applicable • No intake form is required • Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the call • Sessions may be recorded with consent If your concern is urgent or potentially serious, please contact your GP, NHS 111 or emergency services as appropriate.
