For clients seeking personalised naturopathic and functional medicine support, by Zoom or, where arranged in advance, face-to-face at my private Forest Row practice. YOUR CONSULTATION MAY INCLUDE • Review of relevant health history, current concerns, diet, lifestyle, medications and existing results • Identification of likely contributing or maintaining factors • Clear clinical priorities and practical next steps • Nutrition, lifestyle, supplement, herbal or homeopathic recommendations where appropriate • Discussion of whether functional testing or further investigation may be useful • 10% discount on practitioner-grade supplements This is a focused clinical consultation rather than an exhaustive review of every aspect of your health history. Where several complex concerns, extensive results or substantial case analysis are involved, further consultations or structured support may be recommended. BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT Please complete your intake information and send particularly relevant results, reports or GP correspondence at least 48 hours beforehand. There is no need to send your entire medical archive unless requested. FOLLOW-UP Further consultations can be booked as needed. PRACTICALITIES Booking generates a Zoom link and SMS reminders where applicable. For a face-to-face appointment, please contact me after booking; address and arrival details will be sent separately. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the consultation. Sessions may be recorded with consent. Private functional testing may be recommended where clinically appropriate. Laboratory fees, detailed test interpretation, extensive written work and other work outside the consultation are charged separately and agreed beforehand.
