Complex Case Programme A structured six-month programme for clients with complex, longstanding or overlapping health concerns who need more than a single consultation or short-term follow-up. The programme includes: • Three 40-minute Naturopathy Consultations • A personalised written Direction of Care setting out clinical priorities and a practical sequence of care • Three 15-minute Clinical Review Calls, to be used within 6 months • Review of progress, response and implementation over time • Focused refinement of nutrition, lifestyle, supplement, herbal or homeopathic recommendations where appropriate • Discussion of relevant investigations or functional testing where clinically useful • 10% discount on practitioner-grade supplements This option is suitable for new or existing clients with several significant concerns, a complex health history, multiple interacting factors, extensive previous treatment or a case that is likely to require staged care and reassessment. The 40-minute consultations are intended for substantive clinical review and progression of the case. The 15-minute Clinical Review Calls are for focused follow-up, clarification, progress checks and minor adjustments between consultations. They are not designed for extensive new concerns, full reassessment or detailed laboratory interpretation. Your written Direction of Care is based on the information available at the outset and may be refined as your case evolves. Subsequent consultations are used to review progress, reassess priorities and adjust the direction of care where appropriate. Additional consultations, detailed laboratory interpretation or separately agreed clinical work may be recommended where needed. Practicalities Appointments are held via Zoom or, where arranged in advance, face-to-face at my private Forest Row practice. Booking generates a Zoom link and SMS reminders where applicable. Please complete any requested intake information and send relevant results or reports at least 48 hours before your first consultation. Private functional testing may be recommended where appropriate. Laboratory fees and any extensive work outside the agreed scope are charged separately. All included sessions must be used within 6 months of the first consultation and cannot be carried forward.
