A 12-month package of • 2 x HTMA tests (one initial and one follow up Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis Tests) • 2 x 50min appointments, one every 6 months • Exclusive Client Email Support between appointments (see (1) below • mineral balancing programme • dietary and supplement recommendations 1) The Exclusive Client Email support means you don’t have to book and pay for a consult when you have small issues such as: • Simple questions about the programme and supplements • Reducing/Increasing dosages or asking if adding supplements or other products would affect your programme • Inquiring about healing reactions/intolerances For questions more complex than this, or to ask more than 2 basic questions, I request that you book a follow-up consultation. Since a HTMA is valid for up to 4 months, we start the clock when we receive your results. This is a thorough report which includes supplement recommendations and food recommendations. Consultation Fees include the supply of a specialised form with instructions on how to submit a hair sample. 2) We commission ARL Laboratories (https://arltma.com/hairanalysis/) for Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis. 3) Video Call Arrangements: We use Zoom for video calls. Once you have booked your appointment you will receive: a) A confidential one-use Zoom link specific to your session b) A text reminder for your booking, so please give a valid mobile phone number when you book c) Intake forms to fill in and return before your scheduled session (not required for discovery calls or urgent/acute sessions)

Cancellation Policy

APPOINTMENT BOOKING: full payment in advance (excl. free discovery call). Once payment has been made, a private video call link will be sent. Bookings cannot be reserved without prior payment of the full fee. CANCELLATIONS: 72 hours’ notice of cancellation is required. Please notify us as soon as possible via the website contact form if you cannot attend. Full appointment fees will be charged if timely cancellation notice is not received, or if you fail to attend your appointment. In the unlikely event we must cancel an appointment, a full refund will be issued. ACUTE/URGENT appointments cannot be cancelled and are not refundable if you fail to attend. IMPORTANT: a) We reserve the right to refuse treatment if a person presents to the appointment (in clinic or remote video link) in circumstances of diminished responsibility, i.e., under the influence of any substance which may impair one’s ability to make decisions, including recreational substances, alcohol, and certain prescribed or over the counter medications. If a person presents to the appointment in such circumstances, the appointment will be immediately terminated. The full consultation fee will be charged. This is also applicable to a parent/guardian of a minor. b) Minors (any person under the age of 18) must always be accompanied during their appointment by a parent/guardian. c) If the consultation is for an adult person with disabilities or vulnerabilities which involve guardianship or other legal arrangement, the legal guardian/representative of the vulnerable adult must always be present at the consultation.
