Gut And Psychology Syndrome (GAPS™) consultation & support This service is offered via remote video conferencing facility only. This gentle gut healing protocol for children and adults includes a full individual assessment report with tailored: - Orthomolecular (nutritional supplement) recommendations - Relevant supporting naturopathic protocols - Environmental recommendations - 30-day introduction to GAPS™ diary The appointment fee includes 1 x 20min follow up within 8 weeks of the initial consultation (by telephone, video link, or email). Further appointments are charged at £250 per session and include one follow up as detailed above. Additional support charges are £4/minute by telephone, email or video link. Lab Tests Private laboratory tests* can be recommended including: - Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (minerals and metals profile) - Organic urine acids test (OAT) - Saliva (adrenal & hormone panels) - Stool, urine and blood - Genotype / DNA analysis - Other specialised private lab tests (*) Laboratory test fees & interpretations are charged extra - ask for a quote. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. (please read our Cancellation Policy) Video Call Arrangements: We use Zoom for video calls. Once you have booked your appointment you will receive: a) A confidential one-use Zoom link specific to your session; please keep this link private b) A text reminder for your booking, so please give a valid mobile phone number when you book c) Intake forms to fill in and return before your scheduled session. IMPORTANT: These forms have to be emailed back to us at least 7 working days before the consultation date, as we cannot proceed to a consultation without completed intake forms**. (**) If you are a returning patient and you have not consulted us in more than two years, you will need to submit new intake forms.

Cancellation Policy

APPOINTMENT BOOKING: full payment in advance (excl. free discovery call). Once payment has been made, a private video call link will be sent. Bookings cannot be reserved without prior payment of the full fee. CANCELLATIONS: 72 hours’ notice of cancellation is required. Please notify us as soon as possible via the website contact form if you cannot attend. Full appointment fees will be charged if timely cancellation notice is not received, or if you fail to attend your appointment. In the unlikely event we must cancel an appointment, a full refund will be issued. ACUTE/URGENT appointments cannot be cancelled and are not refundable if you fail to attend. IMPORTANT: a) We reserve the right to refuse treatment if a person presents to the appointment (in clinic or remote video link) in circumstances of diminished responsibility, i.e., under the influence of any substance which may impair one’s ability to make decisions, including recreational substances, alcohol, and certain prescribed or over the counter medications. If a person presents to the appointment in such circumstances, the appointment will be immediately terminated. The full consultation fee will be charged. This is also applicable to a parent/guardian of a minor. b) Minors (any person under the age of 18) must always be accompanied during their appointment by a parent/guardian. c) If the consultation is for an adult person with disabilities or vulnerabilities which involve guardianship or other legal arrangement, the legal guardian/representative of the vulnerable adult must always be present at the consultation.
