About The Event

With a definite Christmas season flavour (ncluding mouthwatering organic cinnamon, cloves, cranberries and mixed spice) this masterclass will get you in the festive mood!

You will learn how to ferment different types of vegetables and get a head start for your Christmas bubbling crocks now.

This course includes learning how to make raw Christmas spiced sauerkraut and one other seasonal veg as well as one festive flavoured fermented drink.

You will go away with two 500ml jars of ferments. All fresh organic/biodynamic produce, recipe sheets, Christmas refreshments and snacks included in the workshop cost.
