This course will give you a comprehensive overview of the principles of fermentation. It's a hands-on, immersive experience, where you learn how to make raw sauerkraut and one other seasonal veg, as well as one fermented drink. You will go away with three 500ml jars of ferments and a selection of starter cultures to delight and entice your adventurous fermentation spirit!
Organic vegetarian lunch and all organic/biodynamic produce provided.
