This workshop will give you a comprehensive overview of the principles of fermentation with emphasis on cultured drinks. It's a hands-on, immersive experience, where you learn how to make milk and water kefir & kombucha, how to create and maintain a ginger bug for ginger beer and how to infuse medicinal vinegars. You will also learn how to make your own raw vinegar. You will go away with a jar of ginger bug and a selection of starter cultures to delight and entice your adventurous fermentation spirit!
