Service Description

Learn how to be a Great Fermenter, either for yourself or for your whole family, in the comfort of your home. All the knowledge, charts and measures you need to tackle any fermentation project with confidence (excludes sourdough). We provide the expertise, you provide the space. Use your own ingredients or we can provide the best biodynamic and organic ingredients for you to experiment with. Workshop price excludes ingredients. If you want us to provide the ingredients there is a surcharge and lead time for ordering. Get in touch for more information.

Cancellation Policy

APPOINTMENT BOOKING: full payment in advance (excl. free discovery call). Once payment has been made, a private video call link will be sent. Bookings cannot be reserved without prior payment of the full fee. CANCELLATIONS: 72 hours’ notice of cancellation is required. Please notify us as soon as possible via the website contact form if you cannot attend. Full appointment fees will be charged if timely cancellation notice is not received, or if you fail to attend your appointment. In the unlikely event we must cancel an appointment, a full refund will be issued. ACUTE/URGENT appointments cannot be cancelled and are not refundable if you fail to attend. IMPORTANT: a) We reserve the right to refuse treatment if a person presents to the appointment (in clinic or remote video link) in circumstances of diminished responsibility, i.e., under the influence of any substance which may impair one’s ability to make decisions, including recreational substances, alcohol, and certain prescribed or over the counter medications. If a person presents to the appointment in such circumstances, the appointment will be immediately terminated. The full consultation fee will be charged. This is also applicable to a parent/guardian of a minor. b) Minors (any person under the age of 18) must always be accompanied during their appointment by a parent/guardian. c) If the consultation is for an adult person with disabilities or vulnerabilities which involve guardianship or other legal arrangement, the legal guardian/representative of the vulnerable adult must always be present at the consultation.
